The VIVA app (the "App") is provided by Viva Research Ltd ("we", "us") for subscribers of vivanmn.com.

What the App stores on your device
Your habit history, streaks, chosen rituals, Reset progress, quiz answers, display name, profile photo and preferences are stored on your device only. We do not upload them to our servers.

Account sign-in
If you sign in, authentication is handled by Shopify's secure customer account service. The App receives a token, your email address and your first name, stored securely on your device. We do not see or store your password.

What you choose to send us
If you submit a photo or video through the Share tab, it is sent by email from your own email account, together with your name, email address and consent record. We use submissions as described on that screen (social media and advertising, credited by first name), and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Notifications
Reminders and streak notifications are scheduled on your device. You control them in the App and in your phone settings.

What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use third party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App. The App requests photo access only when you choose to add a profile picture or share content.

Website purchases
Orders, subscriptions and payments happen on vivanmn.com and are covered by our store Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your rights
UK GDPR rights apply to any personal data you send us (access, correction, deletion). Deleting the App removes all on-device data.
