I started to feel the energy raise after a few days. I've been using NMN for 3 months now & have noticed that I've got new baby hair growing in my temple regions & when I was ready to colour my hair a few weeks ago, noticed that the new hair didn't need colouring. Vivanmnm is so easy to swallow. I am taking 2 tablets every morning with my coffee. I watch many videos and one said to take 2 tablets for my age (over55) . I haven't had any side effects so that's good. Not feeling as achy going up the stairs ! So onwards and upwards !! Let's keep going with them, looking forward to more results .
I’ve been taking VivaNMN for over a year and I swear by it. I recommend it to everyone. It’s easy to take as a capsule and just important you take it every day. But if you forget it’s interesting how tired you feel and you realise what this stuff is doing. I’m 42 and it’s giving me more energy so I feel I’ve got the energy of me 15 years ago.
