I went into taking NMN without knowing what it does or can do. I’m still in the dark really. But this is what I’ve seen after 3 weeks in…. 1. When I wake in the morning, I’m ready to just jump out of bed. I used to like a lie in and struggle to get up. Not anymore. 2. Feeling sluggish and tired in the afternoon. Not anymore. I could quite easily have an afternoon nap before. That feeling has gone away. 3. I like doing a 5k park run on a Saturday. Got my PB yesterday. Felt fantastic doing it. 4. Recovery after a run is also so much better. Felt ready to go again the next day… I’m not sure if this is what NMN is supposed to do. But it was I have been feeling. I’m a 54 yr old male and would definitely recommend.
