It’s helping no end. Feel more energised. I’m 58 and my morning routine is 9 tablets and 2 powders. Even take it on holidays. It’s true in your 50s your energy depletes trouble sleeping and when I got out of the shower in a hotel with a full length mirror i realised “ look at you your an old man” that was the wake up call !!! so I researched what happens to muscle mass, and other things. I lift heavy weights 3/4 times a week, long walks as running with both patella ligaments reattached is out. Feel and look better. Give it a try, take it every day and see what happens.

I’ve been on NMN for about 4 months and I’m just beginning to feel the effects. I’ve been suffering with arthritis for a number of years and now have to rely on mobility scooters and wheelchair to move around. I was due to have a total knee replacement, but since taking NMN, I feel I have more mobility and less pain . I wake in the morning and although it takes a few minutes, I can now get to the loo without a walking stick. I have now cancelled my knee op. Plus, my nails, skin and hair all have improved with growth and texture. I plan on taking NMN for many years to come. The benefits speak for themselves.

I’ve been on Viva NMN capsules for 18 months now, I have a lot more get up & go than I did, I feel healthier, my hair all over my body has grown darker, people have said I look younger than I did.
