I took these for over a year, then had to stop because I was on Atorvastatin and I realised they were interacting. Stopping was frankly awful. I watched my hair start going grey, I lost the spring in my step, I was exhausted, I was in pain, and I visibly aged with wrinkles. I negotiated with my GP to go onto Rosuvastatin just to get back onto VIVANMN. The difference of Statins is huge. BUT: independently to the statins: my hair is brown again, I have started to look less tired. Within days, my 11s lines faded, as did crows feet and forehead lines. I’m 55 & someone recently told me I look 47 at most. I’ve only been back on them for 1 month after a break of 6 months. I take 2 tablets/day because for me to get results, that’s what it took before I stopped. The NMN have to fight through the statins & Dapaglyflozin I take.

I'm 68 , initially I was instructed to take 1 capsule a day. I felt a small improvement, but not significant, I was about to stop . I then saw a TikTok, which suggested people over 50 should take 2 capsules, so I tried that . What a difference! I will continue now . 4 stars is only due to not being reccomended the appropriate dose initially.

I decided to start taking these to increase my energy levels. I had read good reviews. I am now on my forth bottle and I really think they’ve made a difference. You absolutely have to be consistent and take them each morning- I take mine around the same time. I know have started my husband on them as he suffers with low energy. It will be good to see if they help him as well

I've been impressed with these, I finding sleeping so much better, normally I'm up till 4 or 5 in morning then work a couple hours later, my knees are not buckling anymore, I really struggle with my knees & lower back pain but I'm currently fine with it, my only problem is that you keep trying to take payments from me without me ordering any more. I have returned email to you to say stop then week after you try again. Tiktok is a buying & trying site & these capuals are not a required subscription therefore you have no rite to apply to my bank to take payment, especially when I ordered 2 months supply & we are only at end of month 1.
